Thinking harder won't unlock it. A different kind of attention will.

You don't need more clarity before you begin. You need a place where looking at it differently becomes possible.

Antonio

A personal note

I'm Antonio.

I've spent most of my adult life navigating change. Not always by choice. Career pivots, country moves, relationships ending, new chapters beginning before I felt ready for them.

For a long time I thought the answer was to think harder. What changed things was learning to slow down, get curious, and look more honestly at what was actually happening.

That's the work I keep returning to in my own life. It's also the work I offer here.

What's happening to you

Something is asking for your attention.

Maybe it feels like a block. A decision that won't make itself. A situation that keeps circling back. Or maybe things are going well, and you can feel a pull toward something better. Not fixing what's broken. Taking what's good further.

Either way, there's a gap between where you are and where you sense you could be. And you haven't closed it on your own, not because you're not capable, but because some gaps are hard to see across from the inside.

How we work

A different kind of conversation.

Not advice. Not a framework to follow. Not someone telling you what to do. We slow things down and look at what's actually there, underneath the noise and the pressure and the story you've been telling yourself.

I ask the questions you haven't thought to ask, or haven't wanted to. From there, what felt stuck starts to give. You do the work. You find your own answers. I hold the space where that becomes possible.

Where this shows up

It starts somewhere different for everyone.

Your life, your work, the people closest to you. Wherever it begins, the work underneath is the same.

What you can expect

What you can expect.

Reaching out takes something. You're saying: I can't see this clearly alone, and I'm ready to look at it differently. That deserves a space that's genuinely safe.

Not managed. Not steered toward an outcome I've already decided on. A space where your wellbeing is the only agenda.

In practice: the discovery call is a real conversation, not a pitch. Sessions go where they need to go. And the answers come from you, not from me.

  • Sessions in person in Barcelona or online, wherever you are. Location is not a barrier.
  • Sessions in English or Italian.
  • The discovery call is free. No commitment, no obligation.
  • The answers come from you. The session is where that becomes possible.

Ready

Ready to look at it differently?

The discovery call is twenty to thirty minutes. You talk about where you are. We work out together whether there's something worth exploring.
