Work with me

How it works.

It begins with a conversation. If it feels right, we keep going. Everything else follows from there.

Step 01

A first conversation

Twenty to thirty minutes. You talk about where you are. I listen and ask questions. We get a sense of whether I'm the right person to help.

Step 02

We find the right fit

If we decide to work together, we shape it around where you are and what you need. The length and depth are just practical details. We'll sort them easily.

Step 03

We get to work

Weekly sessions, online or in person in Barcelona. I hold the space. You bring what's real. We work through it together.

Ways of working

What working together looks like

Everyone arrives with something different. The way we work together reflects that.

Some people only need a handful of conversations to find clarity. Others prefer a little more time to explore what's beneath the surface. These are the ways we can work together if we decide to continue after the discovery call.

The Spark

4 sessions over one month. 60 minutes each.

Includes: discovery call, Before We Begin questionnaire, 4 weekly sessions.

The Shift

6 sessions over six weeks. 60 minutes each.

Includes: everything in The Spark, a session summary within 24 hours of each call, one core framework for your focus area.

The Reset

10 sessions over three months. 60 minutes each.

Includes: everything in The Shift, a personal Intention Letter written at session one and revisited at session ten, a closing reflection session built around your arc.

Working together

If we both feel it's the right next step, I'll send you the different ways we can continue working together. You can look through them in your own time, and we can discuss any questions afterwards.

There's no expectation to make a decision during the discovery call.

Start here.

Twenty to thirty minutes. No obligation.

A conversation, not an interview. You talk about what's going on. I listen, ask questions, and we figure out whether there's something worth exploring. You'll leave with something useful either way.

There's no agenda beyond working out whether this makes sense for you. If it's a fit, we talk next steps. If not, that's fine too.

Questions.

No, and the difference matters. Therapy is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself. It looks at your past and the roots of how you experience the world. If something in you is calling for that, I'd encourage you to explore it. Coaching sits alongside that. It's present and forward focused. We look at where you are, where you want to go, and what's in the way. Feelings are part of the conversation, but the orientation is practical. Some come to coaching having done deep therapeutic work. For others, coaching opens the door to it. Both are valid. If something comes up that belongs in therapy, I'll say so.
Weekly works best. It keeps momentum. I ask that no more than two weeks pass between sessions, or continuity gets hard to hold.
English and Italian.
Life happens. I ask for twenty four hours notice where you can, and I'll do the same.
That's what the discovery call is for. We work it out together. No pressure to decide before you're ready.
You talk about what's been on your mind, what feels stuck or ready to shift. I ask questions and share how I work. By the end, we both know whether working together makes sense.
