For LGBTQ+ readers

Working out who you are takes longer for some of us.

You don't have to figure this out by yourself.

The feeling came first. What you did with it came later.

  • The check

You felt something. Then you checked it. Was this safe. Was this something you could let show.

  • The pattern

Most people don't have to run that check. You did, maybe still do, whether you're a teenager working out if it's safe to be seen, or a grown adult long past that question.

  • The cost

Maybe you're still deciding what to risk showing. Or you hid so well, for so long, you built an entire acceptable version instead. Successful. Put together. Quietly disconnected from what you actually want, in the relationship, in the room with your own family.

Editing yourself stops being a choice. It becomes a habit.

Feel it. Check it. Edit it. Before anyone else even sees it. Do that enough times, for enough years, and you lose the thread between what you feel and what you let yourself want.

Curiosity is how you find the thread again.

Every conversation starts somewhere different.

  • 01

Coming out, on your own timeline, whatever that looks like for you

  • 02

Dating that keeps running into the same wall

  • 03

A career that stopped feeling like yours

  • 04

Confidence that shifts depending on who's in the room

  • 05

Family, and the parts of you they still don't fully see

  • 06

A life that looks right on paper and doesn't quite fit

You don't need the perfect starting point. We start with whatever's most present.

Someone who's been there.

Antonio

I've spent years trying to understand myself. Like many people, that meant sitting with questions of identity, confidence, relationships and belonging, alongside years of therapy and ongoing self-work.

Some experiences don't need much explanation if you've lived them yourself.

That doesn't mean your story will look like mine.

It means you'll be met with curiosity, understanding and a genuine interest in who you are, not assumptions about who you should be.

How it works

  1. 01

    A first conversation

Twenty to thirty minutes. You talk about where you are. I listen and ask questions.

  2. 02

    We find the right fit

If it makes sense to keep going, we shape it around what you actually need.

  3. 03

    We get to work

Weekly sessions, online or in Barcelona. You bring what's real. I hold the space.

Questions.

No. This page exists because some LGBTQ+ readers feel more comfortable knowing the person they're speaking to already understands part of what they're carrying.
Only if it matters to you. For some people it's central. For others it barely comes up. We follow whatever's most present.
No. Coaching and therapy do different things. If something comes up that belongs in therapy, I'll say so.

You became who you needed to become.

Now you get to decide who comes next. Twenty to thirty minutes. No obligation.
